Yes. Many customers choose to supply items such as light fixtures, mirrors, and decorative hardware. Please note that owner-supplied materials are not covered under our material warranty, and homeowners are responsible for product quality, compatibility, and manufacturer defects.
What if I want to make changes during construction?
Changes are common during remodeling. Any changes to the original scope of work require a written Change Order outlining cost and schedule impacts before additional work is performed.
Do you work with insurance claims?
Yes. We regularly assist homeowners with insurance restoration projects. While we work closely with homeowners throughout the claims process, all contracts are between Clean N Brite and the homeowner, and homeowners remain responsible for any costs not covered by insurance.
Do you offer design assistance?
While we do not have an in-house designer, we can provide guidance based on our remodeling experience and refer you to trusted local design professionals when needed.

How do you protect my home during construction?
We use floor protection, dust barriers, and daily jobsite cleanup practices to keep your home as clean and safe as possible. However, some dust and noise are unavoidable during construction.
